Return & Refund Policy

Welcome to #BoldNation! We hope you’re enjoying our awesome-style coffee, but if you are not 100% completely satisfied with your order, we will do whatever we can to make it right. After all, without you, we don’t exist!

Our Refund and Return Policy only applies to orders made online. Any Detroit Bold products purchased at one of our many retail partners will be subject to the retailers’ return policies.

Returns & Refunds

If your online order is incorrect, or you changed your mind and want to return products for a full refund, send the product(s) back with a proof of purchase within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. We will provide refunds to returned products that are unopened and in the same condition as they were when shipped.

We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item and if your return is approved, we will refund your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies


If for some reason your online order isn’t right, send the product(s) back within 30 calendar days from the date you received it. Simply include a printed version of the receipt and let us know what wasn’t right with the order. If the products returned are unopened and in the original packaging, we will send you the correct order as soon as possible.


You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable. If you receive a refund, the same amount you paid for shipping will be deducted from your refund.
